Our Story

From Nepal to New York to Los Angeles and now, proudly, Conway

Manju’s journey began in Nepal and led her to New York City in 2014, where she arrived with determination and the hope of building a better life. In a fast-paced city where everything felt new, she found comfort and purpose in learning eyebrow threading and waxing. After months of practice, she earned her first job at a Manhattan salon — a place that gave her confidence, community, and clients who returned asking for her by name.

A few years later, she moved to Los Angeles and later San Francisco where she continued growing her skills in competitive beauty markets. She refined her techniques, earned her cosmetology license, and learned the balance of precision, comfort, and artistry. Each city shaped her:
New York gave her courage.
Los Angeles sharpened her craft.
San Francisco taught her elegance and detail.

In 2021, Manju made a surprising and meaningful move to Arkansas. What she found here was a sense of home — warm people, steady clients, and a community that embraced her work. She served customers in Little Rock and Conway, many of whom became loyal regulars and friends.

By 2025, after more than a decade of experience, Manju followed her dream and opened Queen’s Brows & Beauty Bar in Conway.

Her studio is more than a salon, it’s the culmination of her journey. Every brow she shapes and every lash she lifts carries the skill, resilience, and heart she built across Nepal, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Arkansas.

At Queen’s Brows & Beauty Bar, Manju combines big-city precision with small-town warmth making every client feel welcomed, cared for, and truly treated like royalty.
